PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting tool capable of effectively feeding a cutting agent to a blade, and a method of feeding the cutting agent. SOLUTION: The cutting tool includes a support for supporting the blade and a discharging part for discharging the cutting agent toward an edge of the blade supported on the support. The discharging part includes a recess formed at a principal plane opposite to the blade and an outlet provided on an end surface intersecting with the principal plane and communicating with the recess.
