PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot geothermal heat and hot spring heat collection device capable of pumping up hot water from the deepest part of a well by lowering a low temperature water by using the hot geothermal heat or high temperature hot spring water at the deepest part of the well and increasing/decreasing the discharged amount of the hot spring water from a hot spring layer by increasing/decreasing a feed water amount for a low temperature water reduction pipe. SOLUTION: A well side casing 1 is penetrated into a well excavation hole. A packer 4 is installed at the middle part of the well side casing 1 to separate the well side casing into an upper space and a lower space. A plurality of through holes extending vertically are formed in the packer 4. The low temperature water reduction pipe 5 from the ground side is penetrated into one through hole, and a hot water drawing pipe 6 from the deepest part of the well is penetrated into the other through hole. A hot water pumping pipe 7 from the ground side is suspended in the upper space of the well side casing 1. A hot water pump 8 is connected to the bottom end of the hot water pumping pipe. The hot spring water on the upper side of the hot spring layer 2 inside the well side casing 1 is lowered to the deepest part and pumped up to collect the hottest spring water and geothermal heat.
