PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease a possibility for record accuracy to reduce due to accumulation of tolerances without adjustment in a recording apparatus having a head transferring system and a recording medium transferring system. SOLUTION: A left side frame 4L is formed of a main guide shaft supporting part 41L, an auxiliary guide shaft supporting part 42L, a transfer driving roller supporting part 43L, and a discharge driving roller supporting part 44L without bend-worked parts intervening at least between them. A right side frame 4R is formed of a main guide shaft supporting part 41R, an auxiliary guide shaft supporting part 42R, a transfer driving roller supporting part 43R, and a discharge driving roller supporting part 44R without bend-worked parts intervening at least between them, as shown in the figure. Since the error by bending tolerances is not generated in a relative positioning relationship of these, the error is generated only by dimensional tolerances when manufacturing the left side frame 4L and the right side frame 4R by press work and the like.
