<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noises caused by the friction between an anode and an anode carrying rail. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In anode carrying-in equipment for carrying an anode 1 for non-ferrous metal refining to an electrolytic process by pressing the anode 1 with a drawing-in rod 4 so as to slide the anode 1 on a rail 3, a noise preventing device is provided. The noise preventing device includes: a coating means 10 for coating the rail 3 with a lubricant; a movable arm 11 for supporting the coating means 10 on the rail 3; a fixed arm 12 which is fixed to the drawing-in rod 4 and supports the movable arm 11 movably in the up-and-down direction; and a lubricant supply means 6 for supplying the lubricant to the coating means 10, and the noise preventing device coats the whole sliding surface of the rail 3 with the lubricant by sliding the coating means 10 on the rail 3 while pressing the mean 10 to the rail 3 by utilizing the carrying operation of the drawing-in rod 4.
