<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a job management system, capable of specifying that a succeeding job is executed in the same execution destination as that of a preceding job, even when load dispersion is used. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the definition of a job network to be executed, "preceding job specification" is set as an execution destination specification method of each job to input preceding job information for specifying which preceding job is adopted to execute a job by the same server as an execution destination of the preceding job. The server executing respective jobs is stored in a tenth century database. When "direct specification" is set in the execution of the job network, an execution request of the job is sent to a server determined, by referring to an agent database; and when "preceding job specification" is set, a server executing the preceding job predetermined by the preceding job information is determined by referring to a result database, and the execution request of the job is sent out to the determined server.
