<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device in which purposely a liquid developer is hardly accumulated, an image carrier unit provided with such a cleaning device and an image forming apparatus. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The cleaning device 92 includes a cleaning blade 92a removing the liquid developer including toner particles and carrier liquid in such a manner that a first corner part 92K comprising a first surface 92A and a second surface 92B or the first surface 92A is brought into contact with a body to be cleaned (a secondary transfer roller 91 or the like) rotated or circulated while holding the liquid developer and a support member 92b supporting the cleaning blade 92a.
