<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jetting head unit for achieving high quality printing and a method of manufacturing the same, and a liquid jetting device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The liquid jetting head unit is provided with: a plurality of head bodies 200 each having nozzle surfaces 209 each provided with a nozzle for jetting liquid; and a common fixing member 300 by which the plurality of head bodies 200 are fixed, wherein penetrating parts 301 are disposed on the common fixing member 300, and the plurality of head bodies 200 are arranged at positions corresponding to the penetrating parts 301 and are joined to the common fixing member 300 in regions different from the nozzle surfaces 209.
