<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce leakage of noise from both upper and lower gaps of an instrument panel into a cabin in introducing internal air. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Two suction ports 34, 35 are arranged in an internal air suction duct 31 connected to an internal air introduction port 15. The position of two suction ports 34, 35 is made with the height position same to that of a connection port 33 connected to the internal air introduction port 15, and the opening direction of two suction ports 34, 35 are made the right and left direction of a vehicle. Thus, because the opening direction of the suction port is the horizontal direction, the noise in introducing internal air is propagated from the suction port in the horizontal direction and is not propagated upward and downward directly from the suction port. Also, because two suction ports 34, 35 are in the same height with the internal air introduction port 15, leakage of the noise from both upper and lower gaps of the instrument panel into the cabin can be reduced when compared with the case in which the suction port is positioned on the upper side or the lower side of the internal air introduction port.
