<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch-mode power supply which generates neither L-squeal in the transformer nor ultra-low pass ripple due to intermittent oscillation without deteriorating load fluctuation while determining with sufficient tolerances, a duty ratio, a maximum output and an input voltage out of the design items for the switch-mode power supply. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An auxiliary winding for a resonance circuit is installed inside an insulation transformer. An intermittent oscillation frequency is raised to a degree equal to a commercial power supply frequency by composing a parallel resonance circuit through the use of the auxiliary winding and an externally attached capacitor or combining a saturable core material for a magnetic amplifier and a capacitor for parallel resonance or by increasing a reactive electric power amount in low electric power transmission for the switch-mode power supply through the use of the above two methods. In an application of electric current feedback type switch-mode power supply, a slope compensation value in high electric power transmission is relatively lowered, and the power conversion is efficiently prevented from dropping in the actual usage state.
