PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably execute operation commands by a passenger. SOLUTION: In an on-vehicle system 1, a mobile terminal 30 interprets a command that operation data received from the passenger via a touch panel 12 of a DA 10 means; determines whether the interpreted command is a prohibited command, i.e. a command that the device is prohibited to execute so that when the command is not a prohibited command, the mobile terminal 30 is made to execute the command; but when the command is a prohibited command, the DA 10 is made to execute the command.
