The reactor has heat absorbing tubes (8) and a pressure casing (1), where gaps between the heat absorbing tubes and the pressure casing are filled with a solid. The solid is formed with binding incombustible masses or with loose granulates. The heat absorbing tubes are formed with gas-tight welded cooling tubes (3), where the cooling tubes are provided with pins (4) that carry a heat conducting fireproof ramming material (5). A fireproof material is applied on the ramming material. The ramming material is applied to a thickness that overlaps the pins around more than 3 cm.
