The invention relates to compositions and biological regenerates comprising mesenchymal stem cells and osteoinductive materials, such as bioactive glasses and glass ceramics, for use in frontal sinus obliteration, and particularly in treating chronic frontal sinusitis. Accordingly, the invention further relates to a method of treating frontal sinusitis.
