The invention relates to direct-flow flow separators, which separate the dropping liquid from a gas flow, and can be used in gas, chemical, oil and other industries. A separator for removal of condensate from gas, which contains a body and a contact plate installed inside the body and made of a sheet, on which a contact element with tangential slots is located, at outlet is equipped with a device consisting of an interconnected inner ring with a conical reflecting surface and external reflecting cylinder forming a labyrinthine channel with a contact element. In the inner cavity of the contact element a piston with a pressure spring is mounted with possibility of movement in the longitudinal direction, and the piston is located within the tangential openings at the outlet of the contact element, the contact element is mounted in bearings located in the housing, and between the contact element and the housing a cylindrical tube is located, at the outlet of which a fairing is installed which is equipped with ribs and made in the form of a pear-shaped sphere insulated from the inner ring by tips from Teflon connected with the ribs of fairing, in the case relative to the inlet to the contact element a pipe is located for recirculation having inner longitudinal openings, an annular chamber and a cross-hole connected with a pipe internal cavity of body through a tube. The invention provides increased capacity range of efficient operation of gas separator and improved catching dropping liquid at separation of natural gas. |
