PURPOSE: A roof structure system is provided to improve waterproofing quality, and to drain water without a hitch by using a standardized drain port, and to reduce unnecessary material waste and labor costs. CONSTITUTION: A roof structure system is composed as follows. When a framework is built, a parapet is installed. Plastering is performed on the bottom of the framework, and a waterproof material is spread. A waterproof layer(30) is installed in the vertical surface of the parapet, and the end of the waterproof layer is fixed by a fixing metal. A waterproof protecting material is installed on the waterproof layer, and a finishing floor material is formed.
