PURPOSE: A pipe driving part is provided to have a uniformly maintained movement speed without the sliding and idling of a roller by putting the driving part on the top of a circular pipe and to reduce manpower for the pipe driving part. CONSTITUTION: A drive roller(1) and a tension roller(2) are formed on a driving part. A spring(4) is mounted on the center bottom part of the tension roller. A circular support jaw for the circular pipe(5) fixes the circular pipe. The spring is moved on the center of the bottom part of the pipe up and down. |
