REVERSIBLY THERMOSENSITIVELY COLOR-CHANGEABLE HYSTERESIS COMPOSITION

Disclosed is a reversibly thermosensitively color-changeable composition which has a broad hysteresis width even when the composition is encapsulated in fine microcapsules for the purpose of improving the physical properties of the composition when used as a reversibly thermosensitively color-changeable material, and which apparently exhibits an irreversibly color-developing state under high-contrast normal use conditions (ambient temperature ranges) where the density of a developed color is high and little color is left upon decoloring.  Also disclosed is a reversibly thermosensitively color-changeable hysteresis composition characterized by comprising (i) a leuco dye, (ii) a color-developing substance, and (iii) a color change temperature control agent (an agent for controlling the temperature at which a color is changed) all encapsulated in microcapsules, wherein the color-developing substance (ii) is a compound represented by formula (1) and the color change temperature control agent (iii) is a compound represented by formula (2).
