PURPOSE: A scan integrated circuit and a plasma display comprising the same are provided to reduce the cost of a scan integrated circuit by using neither a high side transistor nor a voltage level shifter. CONSTITUTION: A scan integrated circuit(522) comprises a first voltage terminal, a second voltage terminal, a plurality of output terminals(HV1-HVk), a plurality of transistors(YscL,SW1,SW2,SW3), and a plurality of resistances(R1-Rk). The plurality of transistors are connected respectively among the first voltage terminal and the plurality of output terminals. The plurality of resistors are connected respectively among the second voltage terminal and the plurality of output terminals. The cathodes of a plurality of diodes(D1-Dk) are connected to the second voltage terminal. The anodes of the plurality of diodes are connected to the plurality of output terminals. |
