PURPOSE: A hook apparatus for the sub mat of a vehicle is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by manufacturing the hook apparatus for an auxiliary mat as a single component. CONSTITUTION: A hook apparatus of the auxiliary mat for a vehicle comprises a hook body(100), a mat protrusion(200), and a carpet coupling unit(300). The hook body is arranged between the carpet of the vehicle and a sub mat thereon. The mat protrusion is projected onto the top of the hook body. The mat protrusion is inserted into the mounting hole formed on the sub mat. The carpet coupling unit includes a first coupling unit(310), a protrusion(330), a pressurizing unit(340), and a second coupling unit(320). The first coupling unit is formed at the bottom of the hook body and passes through the carpet.
