<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memory card reading control device and a program for easily reading a plurality of memory cards storing at least one of video information and operation information recorded by an in-vehicle machine without increasing the number of reproducing devices. <P>SOLUTION: When one reproducing device 400 reads a plurality of memory cards 6-1 to 6-K in parallel, parallel reading of the plurality of memory cards 6-1 to 6-K is controlled in accordance with the existence/absence of the vehicle information or occupant information of each of the plurality of memory cards 6-1 to 6-K.
