<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thread tension adjusting device capable of being operated at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: This thread tension adjusting device 1 is used for adjusting tension of a thread 2. The thread tension adjusting device 1 includes a rotating body 3 capable of winding the thread 2 in at least a part, and an electric device 14 connected to the rotating body 3 to be operable as a generator.
