<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating material forming a transparent coating film having excellent chemical resistance, water resistance, water repellency, oil repellency and fingerprint adhesion resistance and reducing bleed-out and having well-balanced properties thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The coating material for forming the transparent coating film comprises a matrix forming component comprising (1) an organic resin having a functional group having three or more functions, (2) a two functional organic resin and/or a two functional silicon resin and (3) a monofunctional silicon resin and a solvent, wherein the content of (1) the organic resin having the functional group of three or more functions in the resultant transparent coating film is 10-98 mass% as a solid component, the content of (2) the two functional organic resin and/or two functional silicon resin is 0.2-10 mass% as the solid component and the content of (3) the monofunctional silicon resin is 0.02-5 mass% as the solid component. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
