PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein a conventional processing for creating a spatial image of high resolution requires heavy processing load and takes a lot of time. SOLUTION: An image processor includes: an image input part; a criterion image selecting part; an area dividing part; an image structure discrimination part; a displacement detecting part; a resolution space deploying part; and an image synthesis part. The image input part inputs images of a plurality of frames containing an identical object continuously on time series. The criterion image selecting part selects a criterion image from among the images of the plurality of frames and adopts an image of the plurality of frames except the criterion image as a reference image. The area dividing part divides the criterion image into a plurality of segments. The image structure discriminating part extracts a feature value for each segment to discriminate the image structure. The displacement detecting part calculates displacement of the reference image to the criterion image. The resolution space deploying part deploys the criterion image to a high resolution space, and arranges the reference image to the high resolution space according to the calculated displacement. In the high resolution space created by the resolution space deploying part, the image synthesis part compounds high resolution spatial images for each segment, using an interpolating method according to the image structure discriminated by the image structure discriminating part.
