PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor unit of an air conditioner, capable of improving heat exchanging efficiency and reducing noise by smoothing the air flow from a heat exchanger to a fan. SOLUTION: An arch-shaped air guide opening 53 is formed on a side face of a skirt 52 of a bell mouth 5, so that the airflow toward a fan ring 51 is straightened, and the generation of vibration and turbulence is suppressed.
