<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens centering device for easily correcting the tilt of a lens optical axis with a lens contained in a lens frame without using a member for directly holding and moving the lens for lens centering and without being limited by the shape of the lens. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The centering device 1 of the lens T adjusting to match the optical axis of the lens T with the center axis M of the lens frame S includes: support parts 2, 3 which support the lens frame S; a rotation member 11 which rotates the lens frame S; a measurement means C which measures the eccentricity of the center axis M of the lens frame S and the optical axis of the lens T; a movement member 10 which moves the lens frame S in the direction orthogonal to the center axis M of the lens frame; and a vibration mechanism B which provides vibration to the lens frame S.
