<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating system capable of sufficiently cooling a refrigerant supplied to an expansion device to liquefy the refrigerant and of improving a coefficient of performance (COP) and refrigerating capacity, even when a refrigerating cycle uses the refrigerant in a supercritical state. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An internal heat exchange element (30) is provided astride the piping between a radiator (13) and the expansion device (18) and the piping between an evaporator (20) and a compressor (10), and an accumulator (40) is interposed in the piping between the internal heat exchange element (30) and the compressor (10) on the downstream side from the internal heat exchange element (30).
