<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a time-lag from release operation to exposure start. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A mobile terminal device with a camera is provided which includes: a release button which is pressed by a user to generate an imaging start instruction signal; an input terminal to receive input of the imaging start instruction signal generated by the release button; a signal processing unit to output an exposure start instruction signal when the imaging start instruction signal is inputted to the input terminal; and an image sensor which images external light to generate an image signal when the exposure start instruction signal is inputted. Furthermore, a signal processing device including the input terminal and the signal processing unit or a camera module including the input terminal, the signal processing unit and the image sensor may also be provided.
