PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the strength of a formed product around which a fiber is wrapped by preventing the rubbing of fiber from occurring at a guide part. SOLUTION: This fiber winder includes a creel stand 10 for rotatingly supporting a bobbin 21 around which the fiber W is wrapped, a take-in part for taking in the fiber W supplied from the creel stand 10, and the guide part 61 which is installed in the path 60 connecting the creel stand 10 and the take-in part 70 and restricts the pull-out direction of the fiber from the bobbin 21. The creel stand 10 includes a control part 80 which has a reciprocating mechanism 11b and a motor 11c for changing the position of the bobbin to the axial center thereof and outputs a control signal T1 for determining the position of the bobbin to the motor 11c.
