PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for providing voice information by suitable voice quality matching a vehicle driver and information to be provided. SOLUTION: An in-vehicle voice information providing system includes: a voice output means for outputting a plurality of kinds of voices of different voice quality; an attribute obtaining means for obtaining the attribute of the vehicle driver; and a providing method determination means for determining the voice quality to be used, when the information is provided, on the basis of the attribute of the driver and the kind of the information to be provided.
