PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving module and an electronic apparatus which are capable of moving a target member to be driven along an axial direction without inclination while being miniaturized. SOLUTION: The driving module includes a cylindrical or columnar target member 4 to be driven, a cylindrical support member 5 having the target member stored therein, flat spring members 6 and 7 elastically holding the target member so as to allow the target member to move along a fixed direction with respect to the support member, and a driving means 10 driving the target member against a restoring force of flat spring members and is configured so that a spring constant on the side where a generated force of the driving means acts, of the flat spring members is greater than that on the side opposite to the side where the generated force of the driving means acts through the target member.
