PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection tool for testing charged state of a lens which visually can check for charged state of the lens in a relatively simple and easy way. SOLUTION: The inspection tool 1 for testing charged state of a lens includes an open-topped fine particle storage section 3, a great deal of fine particle 4 stored in this fine particle storage section 3, a covering member 6 with flexibility to cover the opening 5 on top of the fine particle storage section 3, and a static charge generating member 7 which generates static electricity on the plastic lens 2 placed on the covering member 6. This plastic lens 2 is placed with its one optical surface on the covering member 6 side, the static charge generating member 7 presses and frictions the other optical surface to generate static electricity on both optical surfaces of the plastic lens 2.
