<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control panel capable of detecting a relationship between an erroneous operation and a noise superposed on an input/output signal line or a power line. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A detector 20 provided on the control panel 1 acquires and stores a signal including a noise superposed on an input/output signal line or a power line by using an electro-optical transducer 10 or an optical fiber 30 in such a manner that an electric characteristic is not changed even when an electrode is brought into contact with a laid-down line (the input/output signal line or the power line). When the detector 20 receives, from a processor 43, an erroneous operation detection signal for notifying that an erroneous operation occurs, the detector 20 compares the stored signal with a reference signal in a normal state in which an erroneous operation does not occur. With the above configuration, the detector 20 detects abnormality of noise so as to specify a noise generation portion.
