<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a down pipe joint facilitating angle adjustment of a corner in the mounting site and prevented from a water leakage and accumulation of mud or the like at the corner. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The down pipe joint 25 is formed by integrally connecting an upstream connection part 26 to a downstream connection part 27 by a cylindrical connection part 28. The cylindrical connection part 28 is formed into a smooth surface shape with no protrusion on the inner surface, using a thermoplastic elastomer material as a flexible material. The upstream connection part 26 includes a sleeve part 29 at a lower end 26a, and an upper end 28a of the cylindrical connection part 28 is connected to the lower end 29a of the sleeve part 29. A cover material 30 is formed covering the cylindrical connection part 28 and the lower end 29a of the sleeve part 29. The cover material 30 serving as a decorative material is formed of a pair or cover materials 30a, 30a of U-shaped cross section to cover respectively from the right and left of the cylindrical connection part 28 while keeping clearances S2, S3 between the upper and lower surfaces 28b, 28c of the cylindrical connection part 28 and the cover material 30.
