PURPOSE: A laser induced thermal apparatus and an organic electro luminescence display are provided to improve the light emitting property and the life expectancy of a device. CONSTITUTION: A first chamber(CH1) supplies an acceptor substrate and a donor substrate. A second chamber(CH2) comprises an align part loading the acceptor substrate and the donor substrate and a substrate feeder transferring the substrates to a laser projection region. A laser projection part(LR) irradiates laser and transcribes an organic compound formed in the donor substrate to the acceptor substrate.
