PURPOSE: A cooling apparatus for a vehicle is provided to increase or decrease coolant temperature and cooling system pressure detected by a water temperature sensor. CONSTITUTION: A cooling apparatus for a vehicle comprises a water pump(90), a thermostat(70), an ECU(120), a surge tank(30), and a pressure control unit. The water pump circulates coolant passing through the inside of coolant. The thermostat is installed in a coolant line(L1) wherein the coolant is returned to the radiator. An ECU(Engine Control Unit) controls a water temperature sensor(80) and performs engine control based on detection signals. The tank is connected to an air bent line(L3) by the radiator. |
