SMMD HOME SERVER FOR REPRODUCING SMMD BASED MEDIA AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An SMMD(Single Media Multi Device) home server and a method thereof are provided to reproduce realistic media in a local place or remote place according to effect information. CONSTITUTION: An n-number of media decoder(330,340,350) decodes the multi-channel AV media. A home server processor(320) classifies the multi-channel AV media and the effect information from the solid sense media. The home server processor generates the effect control data according to the effect information. A gateway/Ethernet switch part(310) applies the multi-channel AV media to the media decoder. A browser part generates a browser screen capable of selecting the solid sense media.
