PURPOSE: A fermented kimchi seasoning composition containing turmeric powder and a manufacturing method of turmeric kimchi using the same are provided to improve beneficial effects of kimchi by adding the turmeric powder. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a fermented kimchi seasoning composition comprises a step for manufacturing the fermented kimchi seasoning composition by aging the composition for 8 ~ 10 days. The fermented kimchi seasoning composition comprises vegetables 40~50 weight%, cayenne pepper 15~20 weight%, Korean fish sauce 10~15 weight%, seasoning ingredients 5~10 weight% including salt and sugar, and purified water 15~20 weight%. The fermented turmeric kimchi is manufactured with a step for aging kimchi seasoning and mixing the salted Chinese cabbage with the seasoning.
