<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device having improved operability. <P>SOLUTION: The display device is provided with a display; a motion acceptance part which accepts a motion of a user as an instruction to display information displayed on the display; and a display control part which controls the display information to be displayed on the display according to the motion accepted by the motion acceptance part. In addition, the display control part determines speed of the motion accepted by the motion acceptance part to control the display information, according to a determined speed.
