PIXEL AND ORGANIC ELECTROLUMINESCENCE DISPLAY DEVICE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pixel capable of generating desired brightness regardless of the deterioration of an organic light emitting diode and the lowering of a voltage of a second power supply ELVSS, and an organic electroluminescence display device using the pixel.

SOLUTION: The pixel includes: the organic light emitting diode; a first transistor for supplying a current to the organic light emitting diode; a second transistor connected between the gate electrode and a data line of the first transistor and turned on when a scanning signal is supplied to a scanning line; a storage capacitor whose first terminal is connected to the gate electrode of the first transistor; a fourth transistor connected to a second terminal of the storage capacitor and turned on when the scanning signal is supplied to the scanning line for supplying a predetermined voltage to the second terminal; and a third transistor connected between the second terminal of the storage capacitor and an anode electrode of the organic light emitting diode with turn-on timing not overlapped with that of the fourth transistor.
