<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new oligonucleotide probe for detecting a murine acidic ribosomal phosphoprotein P0 gene (Arbp gene) with high sensitivity, a microarray with it, and a method for detecting the gene using them. <P>SOLUTION: There is disclosed an oligonucleotide probe for detecting murine Arbp gene comprising DNA including contiguous 30 to 80 bases in a base sequence of DNA represented by the following (a) or (b), or in a complementary base sequence to the DNA. (a) The DNA has a base sequence including the 500th to 1098th base in a specific base sequence, and (b) the DNA is hybridizable to DNA comprising a base sequence complementary to the DNA of (a) under a stringent condition and having a function capable of detecting a murine Arbp gene. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
