PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce loads of a central processing unit and to prevent the preservation omission of packet data.

SOLUTION: A reception control part 34 is provided with: a plurality of condition storage parts 54 respectively storing at least one condition of the packet data to be preserved; a selection part 52 for selecting at least one of the plurality of condition storage parts 54 corresponding to a selection signal; a preservation control part 44a for executing control so as to preserve the received packet data in a FIFO 60 when the received packet data are pertinent to one of the conditions stored in the condition storage part 54 selected by the selection part 52 and executing control so as to abandon the received packet data when the received packet data are not pertinent to any of the conditions stored in the condition storage part 54 selected by the selection part 52; and a selection control part 44b for generating and transmitting the selection signal for selecting at least one condition storage part 54 corresponding to the condition pertinent to the packet data to be preserved in the preservation control part 44a.
