<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile object detector capable of improving the detection accuracy of a mobile object. <P>SOLUTION: The mobile object detector 10 for detecting the movement of an object in a cabin to be monitored comprises an acceleration sensor unit 15 for detecting the vibration of a vehicle, a mobile object detection unit 11 for detecting the movement of the mobile object in the cabin, and a control unit 20 for starting the detection of the movement of the object by the mobile object detection unit 11 when the impact level detected by the acceleration sensor unit 15 is equal to or higher than a predetermined value. When the vibration level detected by the acceleration sensor unit 15 is equal to or higher than a predetermined value, the possibility is high that the external force is applied to the vehicle by a human means, and therefore the detection accuracy of the mobile object detector 10 can be improved by starting the movement detection of the object by the mobile object detection unit 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
