<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoulder anchor mounting part structure for improving impact absorbing effects when the head of an occupant collides with a shoulder anchor. <P>SOLUTION: When the head of the occupant collides with the shoulder anchor 1, the impact load F is transmitted via an anchor bolt 5 directly to an anchor bracket 2 and the anchor bracket 2 is plastically deformed to absorb colliding energy.
