PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide device capable of simply and quickly transporting charged particles, a method for manufacturing the same, and a method for transporting the charged particles. SOLUTION: The guide device 100 is used to generate an electric field for transporting charged particles by covered conductor wires which is covered with an insulator and includes a first covered conductor wire 11 spirally wound to provide a spiral section 10 the inside of which the charged particles pass through, a second covered conductor wire 12 spirally wound so as to be entangled mutually with the first covered conductor wire 11 in the spiral section 10, and a conductor 13 provided so as to wrap the spiral section 10.
