PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify player's operation and discharge a game medium which will not be unprofitable for players when the game medium is discharged. SOLUTION: When a memory part memorizes priority order information indicating the information that relates the discharge type of different control methods to the priority corresponding to the discharge type, and when the discharge type decision part receives a discharge request from the game medium, the discharge type for discharging is decided on the basis of the memorized priority information and a discharge processing part discharges the game medium in the decided discharge type.
