PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover body protecting an upper face, a front face, and right and left side faces of an opening/closing body housing case, and preventing degradation in appearance due to stains of raindrops. SOLUTION: The cover body 10 includes a front plate part 11 covering the front face of the opening/closing body housing case 5 of an opening/closing device 1, a left side plate part 12 covering the left side face of the opening/closing body housing case 5, a right side plate part 13 covering the right side face of the opening/closing body housing case 5, and an upper plate part 14 covering the upper face of the opening/closing body housing case 5. Plate-like dropping parts 16, 17, 18 are formed on a front end part, a left end part and a right end part of the upper plate part 14, respectively, in a downward projecting manner.
