CLAD WELDING METHOD

Provided is a clad welding method with which the occurrence of incomplete fusing can be prevented and the surface of a base material can be covered over a wide area with a weld metal, while dilution of the weld metal is controlled, with a relatively simple technique. To this end, welding heat input is increased more at a location where one edge (10a) of a preceding weld bead (10) and the other edge (20b) of a following weld bead (20) overlap than at a location where the preceding weld bead (10) and the following weld bead (20) do not overlap to produce a deep fused section (12a) to locally give deep fusion (12).
