METHOD, SYSTEM AND DEVICE FOR REALIZING MULTIMEDIA SERVICE HANDLING FOR CALL

A method for realizing multimedia service handling for call is provided, which includes that: when the call event information from a call request device is received, the call event information is sent to a Web service request device based on a call event handling notification subscribed by the Web service request device; the call response information sent by the Web service request device is received; a call control device is indicated to respond the call based on the call response information, the call response notification information is sent to the Web service request device and it enables that the Web service request device indicates the call control device to handle the call from the call request device using multimedia service. Correspondingly, a system and device for realizing multimedia service handling for call are provided. By application of the present invention, the handling capability for call of the call notification Web service is enhanced, the position of Voice Extensible Markup Language (VoiceXML) is not needed to specify, and the problem that the support of telecommunication product to VoiceXML is not very well currently is avoided.
