PURPOSE: A portable terminal including a holder is provided to reduce unit cost and prevent loss of the holder through a package of a main body of a portable terminal unit and the holder. CONSTITUTION: A body part(10) includes the first hinge part. The first component is installed to the body part. The second hinge part is formed in one end of a holder(30). The second hinge part is connected to the first hinge part in order to be possible to rotate. The other end of the holder is inserted into the body part or is separated from the body part by revolving around the first hinge part. When the holder is inserted into the body part, the holder performs a decoration role decorating an exterior of the first component.
