NEW NITROGEN-CONTAINING HETEROCYCLIC COMPOUNDS AND ORGANIC ELECTRONIC DEVICE USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compound and an organic electronic device using thereof are provided to secure the sublimability of the compound necessary for a vacuum deposition process, while including the thermal stability. CONSTITUTION: A nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compound includes more than two structures marked with either chemical formula 1, or chemical formula 2. In the chemical formula 1, X1 is N or CR3. X2 is the N or CR4, while X3 is the N or CR5. X4 is the N or CR6. Y1 is the N or CR7 while Y2 is either the N or CR8. Y3 is the N or CR9, and Y4 is the N or CR10. R1 and R2 are connected with each other to form a substituted or non-substituted aliphatic group, a monocyclic or a polycyclic ring of an aromatic group or a heteroaromatic group.
