摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a timing adjusting circuit adjusting the delay time which is independent for every data line without depending on the oscillating frequency of built-in PLL, and also to provide a solid state image pickup device and a camera system. <P>SOLUTION: A timing adjustment circuit includes: at least one data line DTL; a phase synchronization circuit 160 that includes a plurality of oscillation delay elements OSCD 1-3 which oscillate an oscillation signal, and that is configured to oscillate the oscillation signal by synchronizing a phase of a feedback clock FCLK with a phase of a reference clock RCLK; at least one delay circuit 181 that includes a delay element 182 which is disposed on the data line and which is equivalent to one of the plurality of oscillation delay elements OSCD, and that is configured to delay data which is to be transmitted on the data line DTL; and a delay adjustment unit 170 configured to adjust an amount of delay of the delay element 182 of the delay circuit 181 in accordance with a signal associated with oscillation of the phase synchronization circuit 160. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
